Shipping policy
These shipping terms apply to all orders placed on PuzzlePort. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
Shipping Areas
We ship domestically within the United States and to select international destinations worldwide.

Shipping costs are shown in your local currency at checkout. All transactions are processed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The local currency amount is an estimate based on current exchange rates.

Processing runs Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. All times are estimates; transit begins after your order has been dispatched.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET, GMT-5) on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following:
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- US territories not served by standard domestic carriers (e.g., certain remote island territories)
- Countries subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions under US law
If your address falls into one of the above categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via our certified logistics partner using Tracked & Insured Shipping. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Also, you can track your order by visiting our Track Order page.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@puzzleport.com or +1 (727) 491-2965.
Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and the original shipping address is final. In that case, you will need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request a redirect, subject to the carrier's own policies.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays or high shipping volumes
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Taxes — United States
Sales tax may be applied to orders shipped within the United States in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. Where required, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is displayed before you complete your purchase. Tax rates vary by state and locality.
PuzzlePort collects and remits sales tax in states where we are required to do so by law. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us at support@puzzleport.com before placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@puzzleport.com. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. For damaged items, we ask that you provide photos of the damage to help us resolve the matter promptly.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@puzzleport.com. We can cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it must go through the return process.
