Refund policy

At PuzzlePort, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund after the item has been received and inspected.

The restocking fee does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: Return shipping costs are covered by PuzzlePort. In many cases, no return shipment is required — we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us — Email support@puzzleport.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Pack your item — Repack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. Ship your return — Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@puzzleport.com so we can resolve the issue. Return shipping costs and restocking fees do not apply in these cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@puzzleport.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions listed above. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
