Payment Processing

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

Currency

Prices on PuzzlePort are displayed in your local currency based on your location. All transactions are processed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The local currency amount shown is an estimate based on current exchange rates and is for reference only.

Your bank or payment provider determines the final converted amount at the time of charge. Any conversion fees or foreign transaction fees applied by your bank are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing

  • All displayed prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Secure Payment Processing

PuzzlePort uses SSL encryption and industry-certified payment processors to protect your payment data. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. The amount credited in your local currency will reflect the exchange rate applied by your bank at the time of processing.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@puzzleport.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.

Invoices

If you require an invoice for your order, please email support@puzzleport.com with your order number and we will provide one upon request.

Fraud Prevention
