Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for secure checkout, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Payment declines can occasionally happen on the provider's side. Please try placing your order again or use a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@puzzleport.com.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. Please email support@puzzleport.com with your order number, and we will send your invoice promptly.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times are made up of two parts:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 7–10 business days (US) / 10–14 business days (international)
- Estimated total: 8–13 business days (US) / 11–17 business days (international)
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to international destinations worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order is delayed, check your tracking information. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@puzzleport.com.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Occasionally items are dispatched separately. If part of your order appears to be missing, the remaining items are typically delivered within a few days.
What about customs duties and taxes?
United States: Prices are displayed in your local currency for reference. All transactions are charged in USD. No additional duties at delivery for US orders.
International orders: Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Email support@puzzleport.com with your order number to initiate the process. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
Is there a restocking fee?
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
Order Tracking
Where can I find my tracking number?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
My tracking shows no updates — why?
Tracking information activates once the carrier has scanned your package. This can take a few hours after dispatch.
I didn't receive a tracking email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@puzzleport.com and we will resend the information.

Our 1,000-piece PuzzlePort puzzle measures 30.3 × 21.1 × 1.7 inches (77 × 53.6 × 4.2 cm) when fully assembled. Exact sizing details are also listed on the product page for easy reference.
