Verification

To protect your personal information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If additional time is needed, we will notify you.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.
